The Flynn case and the Manafort case got conflated in the recent posts. The question was about Judge Contreras' recusal in the Flynn case. So I answered that precise question.
Everything else I have been posting on is the Manafort case in the Eastern District of Virginia, regarding the late date "switching of hats" by Team Mueller.
As to the use of material obtained under FISA, there are circumstances where that evidence is used, particularly terrorism and espionage cases which FISA was designed to address.
In other cases attempting to use FISA material in a criminal trial has mixed results. Very specific to the circumstances presented to the court as to whether it could be admissible.
