Gee, I wonder why was McCabe "soaring" through the ranks of the FBI?akm91 said:reb, said:wait, wat?akm91 said:McCabe probably hated Flynn because he testified against FBI in a sexual discrimination case against McCabe.SpreadsheetAg said:Quote:

The FBI launched a criminal probe against former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn two years after the retired Army general roiled the bureau's leadership by intervening on behalf of a decorated counterterrorism agent who accused now-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and other top officials of sexual discrimination, according to documents and interviews.
Flynn's intervention on behalf of Supervisory Special Agent Robyn Gritz was highly unusual, and included a letter in 2014 on his official Pentagon stationary, a public interview in 2015 supporting Gritz's case and an offer to testify on her behalf. His offer put him as a hostile witness in a case against McCabe, who was soaring through the bureau's leadership ranks.
Not clear if he actually testified but he did offer to.

Equality of outcome, not opportunity. That's what libs push for. Surprisingly, none of the white journalists in the room complained about how asian unemployment rate is so much lower than white's.techno-ag said:Black unemployment is the lowest it's ever been, since they started tracking it.SpreadsheetAg said:

Current and former FBI officials said McCabe's resignation is the beginning of more resignations to come.
"There are people lining up in the bureau to go after McCabe," said a former FBI official, with knowledge. "There will be a clean up at the Bureau of his cronies."
According to several U.S. officials, McCabe's government communications were collected as part of the ongoing DOJ Inspector General investigation, which is expected to be completed by March.
I think Mueller started out thinking he was a white hat, listened to the wrong people and got led down the wrong path, (going jack boot on Manafort, for instance.) Right now, I think he's confused about who to trust and whom not to trust.oysterbayAG said:

Trump furious over DOJ guidance against releasing Nunes memo: report
President Trump blew up in anger after learning that a top Department of Justice (DOJ) official had warned against releasing a classified memo by Republican staffers that allegedly proves an anti-Trump bias in the DOJ, Bloomberg reported Monday
Trump was furious when he learned that Associate Attorney General Stephen Boyd had said it would be "extraordinarily reckless" to release the classified memo.
The incident reportedly took place as Trump was traveling to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, last month.
Sources told Bloomberg that Trump viewed Boyd's letter warning against the release of the memo as another attempt by the DOJ and FBI to undercut him.

Trump told McCabe to ask his wife how it felt to be a loser: report
President Trump reportedly told then-acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe that he should ask his wife, who had lost a bid for political office in Virginia, how it felt to be a loser, NBC News reported Monday.
Trump made the remarks in a phone call to McCabe the day he fired FBI Director James Comey that was placed to demand why Comey was allowed to fly on a FBI plane from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., after being fired.
McCabe told Trump that he hadn't been asked about the flight but that he would have authorized it if he had.
Trump fell silent before lashing out at McCabe and telling him to ask his wife what it felt like to be a loser, according to NBC.
The FBI head replied, "OK, sir," before Trump ended the call.

Find the weakest link and exert the pressure. See if the dominoes fall and keep falling.
FTR: I think the slow-walking on the Awan case winds up playing into this at some point. Not sure exactly how at this point but there's a lot of overlap with the Clinton email case through DWS and the DNC.

Sperry was a tad slow on the uptake on what Grassley was doing and why. When Steele's sworn testimony from his court proceedings were published, Grassley just compared them to what he told the FBI (according to the FBI). Either Steele was lying or the FBI was lying to Grassley.
Not that hard to figure out. Them throw Strzok's text about information missing from some of the 302s, being purposely with held from Congressional oversight??
I'm sure that caused steam to come out of Grassley's ears.
Strzok, Page, McCabe are positioned at the intersection of both the Hillary email case and the Russia investigation. They could be the heat sinks and the fall guys and stay quiet.Quote:
