They either don't answer or say "the warrant would have been approved without it".
If (as rumored) the warrant was denied twice w/o the dossier and then approved w/ the dossier - it's importance would be undeniable. If not, at a minimum, knowingly using unvetted opposition research as evidence creates the possibility of a conspiratorial motive - particularly in context with the other corroborating evidence (texts, unmasking, and other facts we may soon learn about).

Another interesting tidbit: McCain's relationship to Russian tycoon Oleg Deripaska. (Think money!)

If you look at Grassley's recent letters again concerning Christopher Steele, he is requesting all communications with various people including...you guessed it, Oleg Deripaska.

It's the Deep State which clearly has been sleeping in bed with the Russians, not Trump.

Edit: Note who arranged the yacht party in the above tweet: The lobbying firm of Davis Manafort -- yes, that is the same Paul Manafort under indictment and his partner Rick Davis.

Trump Tower Russian Lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, Exposed in Swiss Corruption Case

Natalia Veselnitskaya, who organized the notorious Trump Tower meeting, has been named in an explosive Swiss court case about bribery, corruption, and double-agents.

One of Switzerland's top investigators has been fired after allegations of bribery, violating secrecy laws, and "unauthorized clandestine behavior" in meeting with the very same Russian actors linked to the Trump Tower encounter....

It looks like the meeting with the Russian lawyer was a complete setup. I still find this hard to believe that the corruption was so organized. Amazing stuff and it needs to be exposed or we are done as a free country.

Edit and the libs denial is disgusting.

Comey testified to Congress the dossier was unverifiable by the FBI (or something to those lines).

The problem the left has is that use of the dossier to get a FISA warrant is just very very tippy tip of the iceberg.
Of course their goal is to shout down the truth. They want to get people up in arms about obstruction and make the mean ol' republicans stop digging. They want to get the partisan idiots who hang out on social media and who get their "news" from Comedy Central and late night talk shows to tune out truth.

Forget Comedy Central. This board is a wealth of information. Some of it is BS, but people call it out pretty quickly. The residents here are informed, but they don't GAF. That's even scarier than the LIV.

McCabe did as well. Testified that all they could verify was that Carter Page was in Russia, but they couldn't verify that he even spoke to the people the dossier claimed he did.

Here is a detailed account from FBI insiders describing how the entire investigation of HRC & her e-mail server as well as her aides, was a sham. Comey interferred repeatedly and prevented many standard practices from being employed. HRC was treated as a VIP throughout. It's a long read, but very revealing. There are going to be FBI agents with stories to tell...if this ever comes to full exposure.

Too much is going down today -- can't keep up. And just wait....

This is the narrative that is starting to be pushed.

https://lawandcrime.com/opinion/gop-memo-shows-signs-that-mueller-could-be-on-his-way-out/
Quote:

Rosenstein is currently the Acting Attorney General regarding the investigation of Russian ties to the Trump campaign, as Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from the matter. In the role of Acting AG for the probe, Rosenstein has the authority to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller, but he has gone on the record saying he would not do so without good cause. With buzz that Rosenstein may have acted improperly in allowing the continued surveillance of Page, that could be enough for President Trump to fire Rosenstein, with at least a semblance of an excuse.

With Rosenstein out of the picture, that would clear the way for his replacement to come in and echo GOP concerns of an anti-Trump agenda within the Justice Department as a whole, as well as Mueller's investigation, and oust Mueller himself. This would be based on a narrative that has been pushed by Trump supporters who most recently pointed to text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzokand DOJ lawyer Lisa Page, that included anti-Trump sentiment. The messages also contained what Republicans believe to be indications that Strzok, who once served on Mueller's team, doubted the validity of the investigation from the beginning, as well as a pro-Hillary Clinton leanings within the DOJ. While Mueller removed Strzok from the investigation after learning of this, Republicans could still claim that the investigation was tainted all along.

If Rosenstein is fired in the wake of this GOP memo, I would be shocked if Mueller lasted for much longer.

See here this is BS double speak. The coward left himself an out when he doesn't do squat. Keyword improperly.

That's the very reason they are doing this step by step because of idiots like this that if you give them a sliver of daylight, they will try to tie everything up with moot litigation that doesn't change a thing only delaying the inevitable.
