We have a few Texags parishioners who have that special quality.aggiehawg said:I seem to do it without really trying.MooreTrucker said:

If a poster asks me a question, I usually try to answer it as fully as possible...until I realize their intent is to try to start a pissing match with me. After that, I just ignore them but that doesn't stop them from taking my posts in a reply to someone else to do a drive-by. My mere existence seems to irk them.fasthorses05 said:We have a few Texags parishioners who have that special quality.aggiehawg said:I seem to do it without really trying.MooreTrucker said:

I'm 100% certain it's probably genetic with you, but you likely have a lot of professional experience with sharp comments! As long as I'm not in the way, and it continues to be Dems, then it's fine!
It gets a little muddy here as to how they proceed. DOJ could move for a motion to quash the current subpoena which would be granted as to the 6(e) grand jury material at the very least. Then there is the question of the Executive Privilege and how that will be addressed in the courts. So there's a few moving parts here.Quote:
I do have a question regarding "contempt" in the Legislature. If the House holds someone in contempt because they wouldn't break the law, isn't there some punitive procedure for those Dems who dreamed up the contempt?
No consequences unless they weaken the Presidency and suffer next time they hold the office. OTOH if the courts rule in Trump's favor it strengthens him. I think it's a no-win for the Dems.aggiehawg said:It gets a little muddy here as to how they proceed. But to answer your precise question, other than a tongue lashing by a judge somewhere in DC, no, there are no consequences for their inanity.

Everyone except the hardcore dim base knows this is ridiculous. This is purely about fundraising and preparing for indictments Barr brings. California billionaire dim Tom Styrer is obsessed with impeaching Trump and he has the ear of nadler and cummings - his money is likely influencing this stupidity, also.

The controversial ballot proposal tied to California billionaire Tom Steyer is facing increased scrutiny this week after former employees came forward alleging illegal campaign signature quotas.

And, the PDC let extreme "green" billionaire Tom Steyer off the hook for an obvious campaign finance violation in 2013.

In the last two weeks, both Politico and USA Today have lifted the veil on the political agenda of secretive Democrat donor Tom Steyer. Both articles outline how Steyer's extreme environmental agenda led him to invest millions this year in a U.S Senate primary in Massachusetts and the Virginia governor's race.
In fact, Politico did a second feature detailing how much money Steyer hid from public view in Virginia before the election.
Folks in our state are more familiar with Mr. Steyer as the California billionaire who got caught trying to illegally funnel millions of dollars into a Washington State PAC and then being let off the hook almost immediately by our state's suddenly quick-acting Public Disclosure Commission (PDC).

On January 22nd, 2018, eleven months prior to the mid-term election, lawyers from the special counsel's office told Judge Boasberg in a sealed-courtroom why they needed to keep James Comey's memos from being released.
Special Counsel Attorney Michael Dreeben informed the court the special counsel was charged with investigating an obstruction case against President Trump from the beginning. President Trump was the target of their investigation from the outset.
The previously sealed court transcript was released today SEE HERE
Despite Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and Special Counsel Mueller assuring the President and his lawyers he was not the target of the investigation, they were lying.
As soon as the court was told Trump was the target (hearing January 22, 2018) the court agreed to seal everything relating to the journal of James Comey. [BACKGROUND]

Because it is. Barr warned them not to go there but they did anyway. Now for the consequences of their recklessness.GCP12 said:

That seems... Insane..
That "start a dialogue" crap is Dem for "just kidding but not really, maybe". See Colin Kaepernick.GCP12 said:
