And here is an important piece better served in an article with wide publication:

1) Mikey Dickerson was working with Podesta prior to the election, and was also a Fusion GPS contractor.
2) He was later involved in the Jones investigation, working with Joffe.

Don't let the confusion frustrate you, just stay focused, because that's what all the white noise is designed to do. In these huge conspiracies they deluge the zone with a plethora of things, to provide ground cover for the serious criminal activity. all the nonsensical dirty tricks and misdemeanors dilute the most serious of crimes and provides avenues of plausible deniability, buffers between the victims/targets and the top of the food chain, the real people behind it all.whatthehey78 said:
Yeah...well I have no idea what any of that means, good, bad or indifferent???
New documents ive obtained start to give a sense of how well Joffe was known in FBI circles.
— Ryan M (@RyanM58699717) March 3, 2022
Its not inappropriate to ask how much the FBI/Obama WH knew about what Joffe was doing. pic.twitter.com/zn2o8Q23fI
Here's your lawsplainer on Joffe's motion to expunge his name along with some fascinating new tidbits from various GA Tech FOIA. @FDRLST https://t.co/CDnULhDfpo

"Fool Nelson, along with assists from another using the moniker Walkafyre, identified Joffe, Dagon, and Lorenzen as responsible for the Alfa Bank research even before the indictment dropped"
— Hans Mahncke (@HansMahncke) March 4, 2022
It was his own entanglements with McCain crony Daniel Jones that outed Joffe–not Durham. https://t.co/jq5L0Yhvb8
Can't wait to see Durham's filing that says: "Actually, Mr Joffe was identified by @FOOL_NELSON and @walkafyre before we even indicted Mr Sussmann."

All very interesting...but somebody PLEASE step on the gas, kick some butt! People don't live forever and the longer one has to destroy evidence...substantially less will be discovered. I'm old...GET ER DONE!!!
New Durham filing:
— Hans Mahncke (@HansMahncke) March 4, 2022
"The defendant [Sussmann] further claimed that these lookups demonstrated that Trump and/or his associates were using a type of Russian-made wireless phone in the vicinity of the White House and other locations."
Crackpot much?https://t.co/bc6x9Kv2LE
"defendant claimed that he was not acting on behalf of any clients when, in fact, he hid his relationship with clients who harbored political and business interests tied to allegations against a then-Presidential candidate."
— Hans Mahncke (@HansMahncke) March 4, 2022
Durham revealing "business interests" is interesting.
"might have revealed further information about Tech Executive-1’s coordination with individuals tied to the Clinton Campaign"
— Hans Mahncke (@HansMahncke) March 4, 2022
Durham is careful with his words. Joffe *coordinating* with the Clinton campaign is juicy.
(btw Alfa's lawyers might want to revisit Joffe's deposition)
Maybe the timing of that reveal isn't a coincidence. pic.twitter.com/kzy96YLaNT

I'll give Horowitz a little slack in that Weissmann and Team Mueller were basically Hoovering up all of the information claiming exclusive jurisdiction and restricting access at the time, or at least in the beginning of his investigation. And IG's don't have the subpoena power that Durham does. Makes a difference.whatthehey78 said:
Reading MC's tweets, she seems convinced Sussman's Motion to Dismiss will be denied...and in some manner, makes note of the significance of the Inspector General's role/questionable actions in this.

OTOH, this defense team for Sussman are pretty awful lawyers, just like many of the LawFare lawyers are.
Marc Elias is probably the best of the lot of them but his specialty is election law, pretty narrow field. Some Junkie Cosmonaut said:aggiehawg said:

But don't they have a lot of success doing whatever they do?
I would love a "lawfare for dummies" post if anyone wants to put it together.
And here's the real kicker, the fearless leader of Lawfare, Benjamin Wittes, isn't even a lawyer, he's a self proclaimed "legal journalist" with a BA Liberal Arts degree from Oberlin Liberal Arts College. Some Junkie Cosmonaut said:aggiehawg said:

It is a series of firms. Comey Bestie, Ben Wittes, runs the LawFare blog with a few others and guest posts. Some Junkie Cosmonaut said:
So is it a firm? Just a blog they all collaborate on?
Sorry for my ignorance.
The pressure campaign worked. Alfa just dropped its John Doe case that had exposed Rodney Joffe and a number of other Clinton associates. Elias got his wish. https://t.co/KrmjKyQeNQ pic.twitter.com/K7vZmVD7qw

Thankful to Alfa bank and their attorneys for doing some heavy lifting. We will see what happens next but the case was never about money.

I would certainly hope Durham has much more than they know and can prove it beyond any doubt.sicandtiredTXN said:
A motion to expunge an pseudonymous reference that has to be an actual first in court. He's basically opened the door for Durham to just drop the pseudonymous reference and just drop his real name in place, since it was his own counsel that revealed the true identity of the pseudonymous reference. Not that the Twitter sleuths weren't outing him already, Joffe's own counsel that confirmed it.
These people best tread lightly with Durham because he has more than they know
If someone asked me where to start their Russiagate research or who to read, or which websites to go to…I really wouldnt have anything to tell them.

That is about to change.
Coming soon, a website.
