He's basically opened the door for Durham to just drop the pseudonymous reference and just drop his real name in place, since it was his own counsel that revealed the true identity of the pseudonymous reference. Not that the Twitter sleuths weren't outing him already, Joffe's own counsel that confirmed it.

Reading MC's tweets, she seems convinced Sussman's Motion to Dismiss will be denied...and in some manner, makes note of the significance of the Inspector General's role/questionable actions in this.
I'll give Horowitz a little slack in that Weissmann and Team Mueller were basically Hoovering up all of the information claiming exclusive jurisdiction and restricting access at the time, or at least in the beginning of his investigation. Basically I was referring to when these LawFare clients get popped on a criminal charge and the firm brings in their criminal defense partners in the same firm. They are pretty bad from what I have seen, well other than filing useless and baseless motions to get their billable hours up, that is.

The Lawfare "Blog" does have an attorney Robert Chesney and Jack Goldsmith whose a law professor, but Wittes is a politically connected propagandist. He's listed as a "Research Director and Co Director on Public Law at the Harvard/Brookings Project and Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at Brookings. If you know anything about Brookings, it's a deep swampy think tank steeped in corruption top to bottom. Brookings gets millions in tax money through various left wing departments in the system and it's corruption dates back to FDR.
