Good question. Depends on which crime Durham focuses on. Discrete crimes, such as lying during an interview with law enforcement is five years. BUT when there is a conspiracy being alleged, by definition that is a continuing crime. Every act in furtherance of that which usually involves activities to cover up its existence and thus the Statute of Limitations keeps rolling along with them. So five years from the last act he can identify.Rockdoc said:
Has the clock run out on us? Is it too late to punish these people?
Side note: Because the actors remained the same, such as Marc Elias, what Durham is looking at can be dove tailed into the election fraud in 2020. That's currently speculation on my part but I have a pretty good track record with my spidey senses.
