Good question. Depends on which crime Durham focuses on. Discrete crimes, such as lying during an interview with law enforcement is five years. BUT when there is a conspiracy being alleged, by definition that is a continuing crime. Every act in furtherance of that which usually involves activities to cover up its existence and thus the Statute of Limitations keeps rolling along with them. So five years from the last act he can identify.

Side note: Because the actors remained the same, such as Marc Elias, what Durham is looking at can be dove tailed into the election fraud in 2020. That's currently speculation on my part but I have a pretty good track record with my spidey senses.

I thought there was some speculation concerning sealed indictments, or is my advanced age affecting my memory?
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Hard to say. Will settle for enough to demolish the MSM and Big Tech's standing on statements like `big lie' and `most secure' etc, and all the 24/7 lying for the benefit of Democrat socialist agendas.

If clear enough proof emerges, and still nothing happens or any arrested for the plotting, it will just be seen for what it is and you will be close to the necessary nation-wide tuning out of any belief of the DNC-MSM combo.

There has always been speculation about sealed indictments. Are there sealed indictments? Yes. Are they directly related to Sussman and his cohorts? Don't know yet.

Sedition, not treason.

Nothing they did fits the constitutional definition of treason.

With these latest revelations how on earth does Jake Sullivan have a top level security clearance and hold the seat as NSA to the POTUS?

Just mind boggling. They've pulled NATSEC tickets for far far less. But then again look at Swalwell, you don't get more compromised than him.

Can you believe we would, a few years after him being special counsel, put someone in the President's office with even more cognitive decline?

We just thought Mueller was an old man in over his head, but Dems said, "Hold My Beer!"

It's been absolutely astounding to learn how much husband-wife cronyism there is in DC ... counsel, foundations, think-tanks, media, lobbyists, consultants, appointments, administrators, etc, etc.

So, a Clinton/DNC paid subcontractor was mining internet traffic from POTUS' home, private office, executive office, and his personal Doctor for the purpose of obtaining derogatory information? Sounds like sort of a big deal.

The last missing construct is Durham's case for fraud. Durham's evidence has to destroy their plausible deniability defense and prove the conspirators knowingly provided false info to the FBI.

Haven't seen anything to confirm, but most likely they were trying to get medical records to "Question Trump's mental/ physical ability to handle duties of the President".

Considering Hillary had been seen fainting and/or having a seizure, they needed something on Trump to try to level the playing field.

Kahl is a dirt bag. Iran Nuke deal liar.

Quote:

On March 4, 2021, the Senate's Armed Forces Committee held hearings on Kahl's nomination. The committee deadlocked on the nomination on March 24, 2021, therefore delaying his confirmation. The entire Senate voted to discharge Kahl's nomination from the committee in a 51-50 roll call vote; Vice President Kamala Harris was needed to break the tie. On April 27, 2021, Kahl was confirmed by a vote of 4945, thanks in part to the absence of many GOP Senators. He was sworn in the following day by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

Yup!

I'm sure I had a peripheral idea of the incestuousness in DC when I was younger, but didn't pay any attention to it, as it appears to be SOP for both parties. However, in the last five years, this thread, and the "election" thread, continue to open my eyes (along with my mouth) to the astounding names that are attached to other names.

I'll likely go to my grave thinking Rosenstein's wife was culpable in the Russiagate fiasco.

I know you're retired and all that but... I sure wish there was some way all of your (and that of several others on this thread, but definitely your) information could somehow make it's way to a wider audience. And could have over the past few years.

Because you're right - all this stuff that is suddenly being "discovered" has been known here for months, or years.

Everything's a conspiracy, until it's not. There's a lot of that going around these days....

Yes you did. Speaking of vindications and Trump's tweet, most likely your work on the two big threads (Mueller and Election Day) will also be vindicated. Certainly don't believe anything close to the conventional take now. And this revelation about Liz is interesting for what it says about the Rino elements allying with Pelosi. They appear to have stakes in this miscarriage.

Hawg, Will, et al, I realize Elias opened his own firm several months back, and I realize I'm jumping quite a few steps here, but assuming the good guys are able to nail Elias on just one felony indictment, would Perkins, Coie be open for damages in the form of a suit?

And, what is the status of the other two Trump individuals who were simply working on the campaign? I know they had suits against a couple of entities, but I can't remember who.

My very strong suspicion is that the other partners at P&C made the decision to tell Elias to GTFO since he was continuing the cover up and was still actively involved in election fraud in 2020.

One thing I did note back when this whole thing started years ago was that Perkins, Coie immediately opened up their billing records. (Granted, those are not protected by privilege so fighting that was pointless.) But it leant towards the narrative they were being upfront and honest. They actually were not.

Follow me for a moment here. Who could hack into P&C billing records and...ahem...make adjustments? Crowd Strike could. Their client.

Crowd Strike faked a "Russian hack" of the DNC and DNCCC. Why not some law firm billing records?

And then several years later, the law firm records don't match the legal expenses on their client's tax returns?

Who was lying? Took Durham a long time to get there but he's there now.

This guy Aaron Mate has been pretty good in the past as a muckraker, not sure how they couldn't all see the deep ties of Shawn Henry to all those running both the Hillary email investigation, the so called DNC hack, and the Russia Hoax on Trump, including the fact that Henry was a top tier disciple of Mueller's in the FBI. It was Crowdstrike feeding all the so called Hacking nonsense to the FBI and were the only one's to have access to the DNC DNCC servers they claimed were hacked, and Shawn Henry was front and cent er on all of that, Comey testified that Crowdstrike was so reliable that there was no need for the actual FBI to see the server. In fact if you look at the historical huge hacks being looked into by the FBI, since Shawn Henry retired from the Bureau in 2012 and immediately became the Executive President of Crowdstrike, that Crowdstrike was the point person for EVERY major hacking investigation going on at the FBI. Crowdstrike was just a contractual extension of the FBI and sounded like the Bureau's hub for cyber security and cyber investigations.
