I think it should be that the stateless entity is disregarded for diversity purposes, but no circuit court agrees apparently.
and this is not a "now" thing. there are cases from 2 decades ago saying this.
important to note that this does
not allow them to skirt federal law. If Page had a federal claim against them, this would not be an issue. He could sue in federal court.
he can still sue them in state court.
