The average age of a US mass shooting perpetrator (not including workplace violence), where the victims are seemingly random targets is 28.6 years of age, with a median of 25 and a range of 25...
64 years old, for this type of crime in the US, is a significant outlier...
Does it mean "out of the realm of possibility"? Of course not...
But it is very odd statistically...
