Many falsely believe that God people day and night forever and ever.

Philippians 2:10-11 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Romans 10:9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Your leaving a great deal of scriptures out that also discuss salvation Even the demons believe Jesus is Lord and in his resurrection . Real salvific faith involves more than just intellectual assent.
Matthew 1);22,32
1 Corinthians 6:9-10

The 'one and done' theology is absolutely not supported by scripture.

Do you mean "once saved always saved"?

If so I agree it is not supported by Scripture.

That is also not what universal reconciliation is.

I live in central Florida and Budweiser products are fully in stock everywhere but other brands are flying off the shelves. The fact is, no self-respecting man wants to be seen buying Budweiser. Although I did see one couple pushing their cart out of a grocery store and he had an 18-pack of Bud Light. My first thought was that he is a ****.

Kind of. I meant that merely speaking with your mouth once that Jesus is Lord and believing God raised him guarantees salvation and no more is required. I think we could nuance the 'believe in your heart' part and understand that it means a complete change in ones whole self and that we die to ourselves. I think people tend to used the Romans 10 scripture to oversimplify what the text is actually saying and what it means. In other words, it does just mean confess with your mouth and in one moment really try and believe in your heart and then never have to worry about cooperating with the grace God has given us.
Faith includes belief in the truth, trust in God and obedience to his teachings.

Hard for me to judge whether another professing Christian has "done enough" or has a relationship with God through Christ.

Will continue to pray for all to be saved and to come to know Christ so they may have abundant life.

My guess is that unrepentant believers who gleefully live in sin (as opposed to struggling with sin) face a difficult path to Jesus in the hereafter. Matthew 7:21-23 touches on this.

However, eventually, ALL will be with God in the end.

In my experience, unrepentant believers are not very happy.

I would disagree with you on the difficulty of discerning whether a professing Christian has "done enough."

The answer is always "no we have not, cannot, nor will not ever do enough."

The beauty of Christ's Sacrifice is all we have to do is believe. Not choose to believe or believe enough, but simply believe that he is God whose death and resurrection were for us.

I believe that's true but if we engage in extreme sin and harm to others then we have essentially denied the faith. I believe the same applies to a believer that ignores the pleas of those around them.

Is anybody truly "happy"? I'm not. I'm unhappy about dealing with suffering and death all of the time.

More peace as happiness is transient.

Shalom is what I call it.
