Watching tonight's show and there is no way in hell that the cookout is everyone's favorite alliance. For ****'s sake, it was an alliance where production had to intervene to keep it together! The brigade was the best, and it's not close.

Multiple crotch kicks: Drew wins BBB, Mallory evicted, they completely change how next week is played, and no live feeds for three days so production can twist things.
One good thing, Yash can work to evict Dee/Devens and not violate his bribe contract since no one is the HoH this week

Woulda been kinda humbling to not make the cut!

Lol, Paul looks lost in the forrestzap said:Rex Racer said:

I also read they had to pay their own airfare and hotel.
CBS could have at least made a small vignette about everyone that showed up and posted on YouTube.

Season could have been a lot more fun without the Icon's iron grip over everything

It's all so over-produced. They are taking the fun out of the show.
The powers for the season were pre-decided and announced at the beginning. I believe that was the last available power from the list.gigemJTH12 said:zap said:BaileyAg said:

yep. it sucks.
the line in the sand for me was Drew winning that power and it being worthless.
production could have given him literally anything at that point. and chose to give him something worthless.

I agree 100% that there is way too much gimmicky stuff that has crept into BB, but it seems to me that the icons have played a really smart game. They've used their status, and the star struck newbies, to form multiple alliances that have benefitted their games. They knew well from their experience on Survivor, and previous seasons of BB, how to read people and manipulate/direct the conversations to get people to see things their way. They've won at the right times and used their advantages and influence to perfection to keep the game going in their favor.
It will be interesting to see if the new players finally see the light and form an alliance to get the icons out. If they had been smart, they would have done it from the start. Winning the next HOH will determine a lot.

I think at this point I'm team Yosh. I don't really like anybody else that much.

When Drew went in to play for power/punishment, this was available:
Power: HOH Replay, Never Not Pass, Mystery Competitor and Coin of Destiny
Punish: Hamazon, Camp Guide and Red Unitard
Drew "won" the only power that could never impact the game in any way.
I suspect production interference.
