Just trying to be accurate because so much of this is so misunderstood. There's already a new set of "Christopher Nolan doesn't use CGI" posts going around twitter.

But I loved the feel of this and awesome that legend Phil Tippett was involved, it's got a cool old school vibe.

They just need to take care of Jude Law (can't remember his character's name because he has many). If he never is able to communicate to the pirates on the Space Pearl, they'll think he died, anoint TazerFace the new captain and leave.

They may address the old pirate. I suppose they can kill 2 birds with one stone and have the Supervisor guy reveal he is the old pirate which is why he let his old ship land, knowing they were imposters.

I feel like the Owl Lady is going to come back into play. She said they can help if they ever need it. No idea how they'd "call" her though.

Loved this episode and the show as a whole. The lightsaber scene definitely caught me by surprise. Jude Law is killing this role!

Also did anyone else catch the slight THX 1138 reference when the droid said there were 1,139 vaults?

One thing I wanted to add, the way his show handled a lesbian couple (i believe it's the girl with the ocular implants) IMO was perfect. Not over the top or in your face, just….there. If Disney did more of that and less of the acolyte where literally every talking point before the show aired was about their director and the coven of space witches, which ultimately turned a lot of people off (bad writing notwithstanding), their shows would be way better off

Its nowhere near as blatant as acolyte. I really wanted to like that show too, Lee Jung-Jae was an amazing cast for his role. The show was just so poorly written and acted by most, and the fact they kept bringing up LGBTQ stuff in press interviews etc THAT is what I mean when I say over the top and in your face.

Similar to Sulu in the new Star Trek series, it wasn't over the top but you saw he had a husband.

Came to post that exact same thought.

Without Law this is a good show. But with Law? Its great!

So, one interesting thing from this episode is that the adults seem to know a little more about At Attin being hidden. I don't remember the exact thing Wimm's dad said about "not supposed to find out until you graduate," but there was an implication. What i don't remember is how much it seemed like the adults knew. For example, do they know there was an empire and all that?
