I remember it being entertaining, but I also have no real desire to watch it again.

It's absolutely worth seeing once. It used to be in the stop-and-watch-until-the-commercial category when flipping channels.

One of my favorite movies. Easily top 5.

I think it's hilarious. One of those movies you have to watch more than once to pick up on all the comedy.

Such a great film. Classic Coen Brothers and gets better with each watch just like their classics. Clooney is playing a role he's never done before. The leading man, who isn't sharp, can't get out of his own way, etc. And the side characters! Incredile - Baby Face Nelson, Big T Bible Salesman, The Sirens, Blind Radio DJ, "Stay out of the Woolsworth" Guy, Tommy, Runnoft Boy, etc.

A kick ass soundtrack too

I bought the dvd and the soundtrack back in them crazy days of physical media.

Also got to see the legendary Ralph Stanley sing Oh Death (among others) at the Houston International Festival year or two after the movie came out.

This one always stuck with me for some reason:

Also..."She must have been looking for answers" is a common line I give my wife when she tells me about the problems of her friends.

Love this movie and the soundtrack is awesome.

BTW, movie is loosely based on the Odessey. John Goodman is the cyclops. Movie is teaming with symbols.

Also, need to watch on a high def big screen. It earned a Oscar for cinematography. For scenes like them hitching a ride on the back of the truck, just take in the beautiful tree scenery. The grandeur of earth behind their miscreant problems is one of the themes that is not spoken.

So many great lines. I use " I slaughtered this horse last Tuesday, I'm afraid she's starting to turn" often when someone comments on my cooking
