Best episode of the season, maybe the series.
How long does Tommy get to drive MTEX trucks?

The scene with Nate basically telling Cami to shove it was the best of the whole episode.

The fact they even tried to make a case with Cooper, in west Texas, was ridiculous. This is not CA or OR; there is no support for rapists in any way, and no one would ever call the dead SOB a victim. He got what he deserved and had he lived, his pathetic life would have ended in prison. Midland and Odessa PD have WAY more important issues going on than going after someone stopping a rape assault.

I guess I missed it, how are they going to get past Tommy having MTEX pay the $44 million in overdue bills for the wells Cooper drilled?

How is she getting majorly hosed? Tommy paid her 44 million for the work MTEX did on Cooper's wells, she never even knew he was going to take those over for MTEX, and that paper trail is probably long gone now. No evidence.
She can't really do anything to Danny because he is Cartel and she knew that going into an agreement with him. She would be criminally liable like Tommy told her. She would basically look like her company is the engine cleaning the money for the cartel.
Cami is just plain hosed, honestly. She is going to lose all her royalties to Dan, or even worse, the offshore rig is going to have some major problems and cost her millions in environmental cleanup..

It felt like a series finale, not a season finale and I'm ok with that.
They've announced there will be a third season.

Any idea how long the wait will be? This was my last show that was putting out new episodes. I have no shows to watch. I am staring into the void of a vast show hole!

Same. We just finished this and "All Her Fault" last night.
But fear not! Season 3 of "Shrinking" starts next week on Apple TV. We're also just about to start "11/21/63" on Netflix.
If I ever feel like I'm forgetting about a show, I just refer back to the monthly TCTTS reminders.

Because she didnt write his original employment contracts. Monte did, with the help of Nate. That means non-competes and strings attached.
And nate was still employed and would probably get disbarred if anybody knew what he did to stall before he resigned. There is a paper trail, otherwise they wouldn't need to pay m-tex back.
Not to mention the use of the plane, trucks, continued living in the house, and goodness knows what other abuses of company resources they could unearth if a lawyer decided to dig.
Im certain when the news of no legal counsel got out, plenty of sharks would offer their services and Tommie would be the first target.

that's really the only loose end that wasn't tied up. He could go either way. It would be more interesting if he stays loyal to m-tex.
