Admittedly, when it comes to this subject, there's an incredibly fine line between crazy and credible, it all often blends together, and I too have obviously been guilty of posting things many would consider the former. To that end, for the record, I'm not at all against the possible existence of remote viewing, abductions, etc.
That said, there's just something so spammy, tabloidy, and often objectively batsh*t about most of the crap Aztec posts.
But speaking for myself, when I criticize his videos, I'm not necessarily criticizing all beliefs contained within them. It's just that most of us here can recognize the difference between, say, Farsight's creepy/hacky/wacky brand of remote viewing - vs - say, having a serious discussion about the government's attempts at remote viewing, or approaching the subject from a more scientific perspective in general.
Basically, what it comes down is not wanting to add to the horrible stigma this subject already inherently has. That, and when I started this thread, it was intended, from the jump, as a thread to discuss the more tangible, government/military-related aspects of the phenomena, post-2017. Yet it feels like, on every single page, I end up cringing at some insane thing Aztec posts, that harkens back to the period prior to 2017, when the only thing this subject was known for was Ancient Aliens, The X-Files, posting-from-your-mom's-basement, and the like.
Further, despite multiple people telling him he's doing more harm than good, for quite some time, he's now defiantly posting this crap as if on some god-given crusade. When, in reality, the only way anyone here is ever clicking on one of his videos is if they're drunk-reading this thread at 3 AM, and won't remember a thing the next morning anyway, in their hungover stupor.
So it's just frustrating having to wade through and "ignore" all that nonsense, which is damn near impossible when trying to have more evidence-based conversations, even if that evidence is circumstantial, or seemingly just a crazy sounding at times. But at least we have the wherewithal to acknowledge the crazy when it does venture into that territory, and do our best to caveat it as much as we can.
