Fantastic interview with whistleblower Matthew Brown who, IMO, is up there with David Grusch, Dylan Borland, Tim Gallaudet, etc in terms credentials and credibility. In fact, Brown and Borland now have a non-profit together to help protect whistleblowers, and both seem to be in league with Grusch to some extent as well. Basically, from what I can tell, all are part of the same, credible cohort that includes Rep. Eric Burlison, Rep. Tim Burchett, etc, all working behind-the-scenes together...

The "highest levels of the White House" would obviously be a President. So which president is Coulthart going to out? Trump?

Coulthart doesn't say he's going to "out the White House" or "out the president."

He says, among other things...

"If you are interested in telling the public the truth and being fully transparent... maybe you should be fully transparent about it before it appears on the next edition of Reality Check."

... meaning if the officials behind the operation don't come clean to the public, he's going to leak more details about the operation.

All of that said, yes, in the clip (and as he has in the past) Coulthart specifically names Trump as having "directly authorized" the operation.
