We have really consistent testimony / Ross C. type investigations of "nous" being essential to this phenomenon, even to the point of materials not cooperating without it.

An excellent argument is:
it's impossible to separate theology and Disclosure.

This is a good point he makes, and perhaps the best anchor against it is a more expansive view of creation and our place in it, which is not central.

Being the "disclosure President" is certainly the biggest thing that would lead Trump to try to do it, as that tweet said. If there's anything legit to disclose, having Trump as President is is the sauce needed to get it done. Both for his ego and also just as a distraction from other things that aren't going well.

I am afraid that Trump's …… divisiveness would lead to a less public belief in anything he steps to the podium to disclose.

I can already see the "he's just making this stuff up to distract us from Epstein / Iran / insert whatever chaos happens between now and then."

But it wouldn't *just* be Trump, on a podium, in a vacuum, and that's it. So many other government officials would be involved in the announcement/rollout, confirming it all, discussing it all, distributing things, etc. It would be a whole operation.

Go back to the recent Jesse Michaels video about Barber and his "fiction"

One possibility is that NATO / Russia / China / Brazil especially (others have hardware and infrastructure?) - meaning, there are programs, reversals and legacy and otherwise -

Are monitored and beat down as necessary, with the US unique in that we have allowed underground bases…and other situations

Regarding the podium, I'd bet it would be Trump, Radcliffe, Air Force rep, and DOE rep at a minimum

It's pretty well considered now that these 3 + favored deep state bolt holes (Boeing, ect) are the epicenter …. so for creditability, it would be smart and I bet they know that
