I just started Your Honor (Showtime) and it's absolutely phenomenal.

Trying to finish up S1 before S2 starts 1/13.

Seriously I don't know how i never came across it before now or how it hasn't gotten much acclaim because it's really really good.

Is that the one with Cranston? I liked the start of it but there were posters on here poo-poo'ing the ending on it and I guess I lost interest based on that. Had no idea there was a second season coming up. Might have to go ahead and finish it.

I was just being silly though...and OP was asking for recommendations, if you read it.

You cant argue that the market is oversaturated with Comic book and Star wars ****, though.

Maybe watch Rogue One (the movie), but I wouldn't say it's absolutely necessary. It does add a lot to the show, though. Season 1 has a lot of Easter eggs from it.

Yeah I would actually watch them in correct chronological order. Would be a treat if I'd never seen Star Wars before to start with those two as an introduction.

I can say hands down the most disappointing show was Rings of Power. Really bummed they didn't better.

Honorable Mention are Dead To Me (current season), Yellowstone (current aeason), His Darker Materials (another disappointing execution on a highly anticipated show).

I have a question about Andor. I watched the first 2 episodes but gave up because I was bored with it. Does it get better or is it a case of after 2 episodes, if I don't like it, I probably won't at all? For reference, I liked The Mandalorian and Obi-Wan but hated Boba Fett.

1 and 2 can seem slow when watched a week apart, but doing the entire 3 episode arc together makes it much better

Stick with it, you'll be glad you did. Character building does take a while, but you'll connect soon enough.

I'll go on record that Andor was pretty boring.
I barley made it through 5 episodes and it felt like 14.
Couldn't believe there were so many left.

I still have one left to go after pushing through during the holidays.

Dark. Then rewatch Dark as it's better on the second viewing. Character guide helps on second viewing as well but I wouldn't on first to avoid spoilers.

Andor but if you're not into it by end of episode 3 don't think you ever will be.

I too was bored of the first couple and I was also tired of anything dealing with skywalker saga, but stick with it. I eventually went back to it and the ending was really good.
