What happens to Kim? Dead or vacuum guy'd are the top options being discussed today but let's not forget something we mentioned in prior weeks - jail is a possibility. Could there be a specific reason the writers had Howard lay out his Jimmy theories to Cliff Main? Cliff seemed somewhat receptive to the accusations, although he knew he didn't matter since the damage had been done. So we have Howard telling Cliff that Jimmy (Jimmy only though, not Kim) was behind it all, then Howard dies that night. Will they get rid of the body or say it was a suicide in their apartment? If it becomes known Howard died that night, especially if known he died in their apartment, it may lead to legal issues for Kim? It's probably more likely that they get rid of the body and Howard becomes a missing person. But surveillance cameras, cell phone pings (was that a thing back then), might still lead them to Jimmy and Kim's.
The Gene Takovic timeline, what is happening there? People are guessing a possible reunion with Kim, or visit to Kim's grave. But the last thing we saw Jimmy/Gene do in that timeline was get threatened, call the vacuum guy, and then angrily say "I'll handle it". So that could mean he's going to put himself in harm's way and openly confront an individual or group of individuals. And then we have to again ask ourselves - what end do these writers think is fitting for Jimmy? Jimmy has caused a lot of harm to people when only focusing on goals for himself, he got involved with the cartel even though it was forced and in despite of his reluctance, he's a monkey with a machine gun in the legal profession - does he deserve a life with Kim (they really aren't good for each other even though there is love there)? Does he deserve full freedom? I think I will have a better feel for what's in store for Jimmy after I see what fate the writer's bestow upon Kim. But it may be similar to Walt's.
