I assumed the "do it" comment was in regard to taking out Bolsa.
That's what I thought as well and it was confusing to me watching and I think I'm even more confused now after reading other's analysis of it all.
Why would Mike have wanted that? All hell would have broken loose for all parties involved including Mike himself.
I liked Nacho pretty well in the first couple of seasons and thought he served a solid purpose with some good/decent acting but his progression as a character over the series and performance in that last episode was just all flat out remarkable.
