Brick and mortar stores will take them without the box. You'll get substantially less than secondary, so it really depends on what your goals are.
I've sold a few used without box on FB marketplace and the sneakermarket subreddit. Have to wade through some scams and lowballs, but overall have had success there

Pro Direct has a lot of pretty cool offerings at the moment. I don't think they limit international shipping anymore either. Just be careful converting from Euro sizes if you buy. Some examples (a lot are on sale, but it's in pounds as opposed to dollars):

Definitely. Pro Direct Soccer used to be a solid plug back in the days before the sneaker crash. I've bought from them half a dozen times. Great shop if you can stomach the currency exchange.

I find it so hard to get in to the weird color block shoes like this and those that have different color heels and toes.

As a kid, I always dug the Nikes Kyle Reese commandeers at the beginning of The Terminator. Last month, I looked them up and learned (1) they were called Nike Vandals, and (2) they're no longer being made, so they'd cost me more than I was willing to spend.
So, I looked into making something similar via "Nike by You". From there, I chose to go with Air Force 1s as the base. In the end, I deviated quite a bit from where I started b/c I decided the #1 thing I loved about those Vandals was the way the shoe seemed to "go into action mode" when he strapped up that velcro. So I kept that, but went away from the original color scheme knowing I wouldn't wear them as much if they were mostly black.
They arrived today, and overall, I had a lot of fun with the whole process.
