I feel like they have the same material quality as the OG dunk laces. I was on a mission to clear out all the "traditional" laces from my dunk collection, and it's like $5 a pair but you get free shipping at $25. Hence 5 pairs of laces, ha.

54" is perfect if you like to do the cross-hatch in the top eyelets. If you don't do that, or if you try to hang the laces, I think 45" would work better.

Slickies just released their "8mm tubular laces" which might work even better. The LaceLab collection is about 1mm to thin, but it's close enough for my purposes.

Yeah, I was worried they'd come out a little Mississippi State-ish, but they look so sharp and remind me of the baseball team unis.



Personally, I love switching up laces to brighten shoes up for summer. I think the black and white dunks with the yellow is a pretty clean swap too, but of all though, I am in love with the ocean blue laces on the shark dunks. They look so sweet in person.

My lifting shoes are 3 years old and have been lashed to my feet for thousands of squats so its time to get some new rigs. I really like some of the blazers but has anyone used them? I've been a vans guy my whole life except for this pair, but they are basically the exact same as vans. Anyone have experience with any decent looking shoes that also give a good platform for squats and deadlifts?
