That's a good question. Nike By You is what they've gone to. But I the "customize" option is still present there and I remember it on adidas' site too. (I made some cleats over a decade ago.)

I wanted a pair of Jordan 1 High "Chicago", and actually want to wear them, but they were trading at $1k a pair. I got reps that are damn near the same shoe for $150 and I don't have to stress about wearing/storing $1k 10 year old shoes.

If we're standing side by side and you have your $1k Chicagos on and I have my $150 reps on 99% people wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless I told them.

I bought the shoes because I like the way they look and their history, not because I need some external validation of spending a fortune on the real thing.

Being a sneakerhead means you find value in the history and aesthetic of shoes. So whether they're real or reps doesn't matter.

My Yeezys were supposed to be delivered on the 27th but they're still showing as "delayed." They apparently arrived at the local distribution hub on the 26th but then no movement after that. Did someone at FedEx steal them?

I changed my address with Adidas and they didn't update it and shipped my yeezys to the wrong address. I xalled them and told them what happened and they wouldn't cancel the order nor would they update shipping address so I disputed the charge. They left a very bad taste in my mouth.
