The majority of fields around Houston are turf now but these would still handle the dirt fine. Just some scrubbing bubbles and water is what most guys use.

How desperate do you have to be!?


Edit: Perhaps I just don't understand. Are these shoes made by Nike and just custom ordered, or they are made by a knockoff company and Nike gets no money?

Reps are made by a third party. Often in the same countries using the same materials as Nike/adidas/whomever. I have a pair of rep dunks that I bought because I really like the color/style but they were last sold in 2006.

Customs are usually legit name brand pairs that folks modify to be well custom.

That's why I needed clarification, I've ordered custom Adidas Sambas (they discontinued that a few years ago unfortunately). My custom Adidas were better quality than their standard Sambas.

So y'all really are ordering third party knockoff Nikes? Like I said, that seems desperate and sad…

Adidas.com

Adidas stopped the custom feature a few years ago, but while they had it going it was righteous. It wasn't just Sambas, they had a few shoes that you could custom design. Colors, fabrics/leathers, even the gold foil that said adidas or samba could be customized. One pair I had my nickname, and another pair I had them put Freebirds (I'm a burrito taco junkie).

I wish adidas was still offering customs…

Ah, yeah. Most of the time when you hear the word custom, it's referring to some designer taking a pair of legit sneakers and modifying them. (I'd bet a lot of them are reps also, but it's probably hard to know for sure.
