My wife sent me a picture this afternoon of my new treasure lying in it's box on the bed in a guest room. I opened that text right in the middle of a meeting. I immediately went into a trance…

Plenty of Sire S3's on Reverb. One option is to find one in stock and then go directly to the shop's site if you don't want to go through Reverb. It's a great way to search stock without going to lots of sites.
War stories.....I closed my left ring finger (bending finger) in my garage door the day before we had a four night stint in San Angelo, including an opening gig with The Great Divide at the old Santa Fe Junction Club. My finger was swollen up to the size of my thumb. Lots of Tylenol that week, and bending with my middle finger.Quincey P. Morris said:
It's gonna be a bit rough. I've done it before though. When I was still gigging regularly I sliced a finger pretty good and couldn't play for a couple months. My first weekend back gigging I had four four hour gigs in about 36 hours. I don't think the indentations came out of my fingers for two days after.

thanks for the inputs so far!
The Sire S3 is interesting, but hard to find in stock. Same with the Spark Go, since it's on pre-order with shipping next month. I imagine the line of preorders is pretty long, so not sure i'd want to wait months and months to be able to play a new guitar (since I have no amp whatsoever at this point.) Other than that, those are certainly an interesting suggestion, that I appreciate!
where's the best place to look for used, if one were to go that route? ebay or reverb or ???
GO! We're all counting on you.ravingfans said:
So, I'm in Nashville until Tues and The Rib is cool with going to the Gibson Garage and/or Gruhn's Guitars with me--worth it, or is it a letdown??
