As far as recurring villains goes, Hondo is my #1 favorite with Cad Bane being a close 2nd.

Just finished the first two episodes of season 5 and the complexity of Hondo's interactions with the Jedi and Sith is really fun to watch.

I know it isn't as dramatic, but the 2 bike troopers banter in Mando is definitely Top 5 across all shows for me. So fun.

It was one of the last 2 or 3 that I cut.

You know, watching the scene of Maul killing Satine reminded me that even the "love" story in the Clone Wars was better than Anakin/Padme in Ep 2.

That was definitely a flip the switch moment from kids' show to serious sheet going down.

Question: I'm nearly done with S1 of Rebels. It's fine, but definitely nothing special. When does it pick up?

I don't remember, exactly, but maybe at least by the time Thrawn shows up. Maybe before that when Kanan loses his sight?

I've been rewatching it with my son, and I remember disliking all the childish interactions between Ezra, Zeb and Chopper. When they ditch that it got better, for me.

IG-11s sacrifice is my #1 moment for Mandalorian....had flashbacks to T-2 ending and that's the first time any cyborg death since seeing that film when I was 9 has taken me there

I think the ObiWan/Maul fight could win it. Always thought his initial reveal was one of the best parts of the show, but it's out of the running.
