Gonna have to do it like I did last time and binge as quickly as possible. It's probably my #1 example of a show I'd hate if I had to wait week to week but I loved being able to binge.

I'm pretty sure I saw Ryan promos six months ago during the Super Bowl.

Would have been nice to have one or both of these series to watch before the end of August.

Just watched Season 2 Episode 1. Wow, so good. Love this show.

Season 1 took a while to get going, but ended with Breaking Bad type "holy crap, WTF".

This is amazing. Didn't know until today about season 2. No sleep tonight.


This is like going home to find a naked Kate Upton in your bed... without drugs this time.

First two epeisodes were fantastic. I read a good chunk of not so favorable reviews prior to the season (that I didn't want to post here so as to not ruin the anticipation) that complained about the season being too slow and methodical, and who knows, maybe it gets worse, but some of those same reviews complained about the start of the season as well and I couldn't disagree more. That, and I LOVE the methodology. The way problems compound and compound and compound, and then the way those problems are navigated by Marty & co is just so thrilling to watch. Even when the solving of those problems is somewhat methodical.

That said, I do admit that the show feels a lot like the House of Cards of drug trafficking shows. It looks beautiful and is super pulpy, but with that admittedly comes a good chunk of over the top, on the nose, and somewhat unbelievable moments as well. Still, that combination is part of what makes it so damn fun to watch.

I have 6 episodes down and I think this season is amazing. WOW. Each episode they just dig themselves deeper and deeper and deeper.

Do you guys who have watched Season 2 recommend going back to re-watch last few episodes from S1?

I'm three episodes into season two and only rewatched the season one finale beforehand and that seems to have been enough so far. I haven't had any questions or confusion yet. That, and they do a nice little recap at the start of season two, which I haven't seen Netflix do before, and also there's plenty of dialogue/convos that remind you of events last season as well.
