It's all starting to come together. Blue milk isn't just blue milk. Abrams did have a plan all along. It's...

Just watched the trailer for the umpteenth time ... what is it with JJ Abrams' apparent fascination with capital ships coming out of water?
I don't think it's water. Could be ice, but it definitely looks to be a solid surface it's breaking out from under...
I think you're right. I'm just wondering how they do this, considering no one with the last name "Skywalker" is still alive. Is it weird that Luke (and maybe Anakin) might redeem the name, but as Force ghosts? I guess it doesn't matter, ultimately, I'm just so curious as to how this all goes down (or, rather... rises).AgBQ-00 said:
I think it is going to be a redemption story of a sort. The way i see it the Skywalker name so far has been a classic greek tragedy sort of entity...so much power and so much potential to do so much good only to disappoint and fall short. My view is in this movie we will see the Skywalker name redeemed and fulfill the promise that was there starting back with Anakin.
This would be legit AMAZING.SoulSlaveAG2005 said:

Dark side force ghost Palapatine using force lightening to lift fleet from ice storage while he hovers above.
Eta: John Williams combines immigrant song with emperor theme and it is playing in background.
I ultimately don't think it is a Star Destroyer, but I do think it is somehow related.TCTTS said:
There's certainly a lot of blue and and a lot of ice in this movie, that's for sure. Though, I think that floating ice chunk is way bigger than a single Star Destroyer, but I could be wrong. Also, the emerging Star Destroyer looks to be rising from beneath a relatively flat surface, and I don't see any flat surfaces on the floating ice chunk. But it does all feel related somehow...
I'm pretty sure that is a comet. I thought it was a reflection of an iceberg on water at first but looking closer it isn't symmetrical.Beat40 said:My first reaction when I saw the below image is that it was a Star Destroyer:TCTTS said:Cinco Ranch Aggie said:

Agreed. I also think the scene with the light saber hit the statue is on cloud city.Brian Earl Spilner said:

Seems like cloud city would be dropping like a rock if frozen

The Emperor was able to rise to power and bring back the Sith right under the Jedi's noses, I don't think it would be hard for him to conceal himself from them and make them think he died.
