Fun fact: In the most recent Thrawn novel it's revealed the Chiss travel through space led by Force sensitive children serving as navigators. The term for them translates directly to "sky walker"

I was thinking since the 2 most famous Skywalkers each represented one side of the force then maybe someone who utilizes both sides and therefore has true balance could be referred to as a Skywalker

Great teaser, definitely gonna print money. I'm actually pretty pumped about this bringing a "generation" to a close, it's time for it to end. Let the SW universe breath for a bit and relieve the burden of having to carry the original trilogy.

Blistering Hot Take: The next main line movie in the Star Wars Universe will not feature "Star Wars" in the title at all. Instead, replaced with "Title: A Skywalker Adventure" or similar. That branding worked well for Rogue One and Solo.

I don't think so. When you go frame by frame, there's a second guy in the background who's dressed identical (same helmet shape and everything) to the guy Kylo is body slamming. They look like they're maybe part of some kind of indigenous clan or local warrior tribe or something. Though, I could be wrong, of course.

Good question. I think everyone (including myself) just assumes that's Kylo, but the fact that we don't see for sure is definitely interesting.

Because I'm already being lame by having to write/work on a Friday night, and needed a break, I might as well go full-nerd and analyze the two ships. As best I can tell, from the highest quality version of the trailer and the TFA Blu-ray, I actually don't think they're same ships. If only because the Episode IX model seems to have bigger, circular turbines or whatever you call those things, around the dual engine exhaust things, and the TFA model has flatter/angled versions. There are also a couple of other tiny differences. Otherwise, they are incredibly close in design...
