For the most part, yes, reactions from an event like this should be taken with a grain of salt. That said, by the end of the night, in the hours after the premieres for the last two saga movies, reactions generally seemed to line up with what the overall consensus ended up being. I distinctly remember there being a few "good but not great / too much of a rehash of A New Hope" reactions from certain TFA premiere attendees, and a few "I loved it, but I can see this really pissing off some of the fans" reactions after TLJ. So I'll do my best to find those type of reactions as well next Monday, should this one follow a similar pattern. But yeah, just know that the vast majority of the reactions will likely be a little *too* over the moon, considering the emotions on a night like that.

My initial guess is something about the 'Force' in general not being completely what we thought, or C3PO.
That or Chewie is actually Jar Jar in a wookie costume.

maybe joining the fight, especially after they see they plan to attack on horses and figure a jetpack and disintegration rifle would be better.

Again, I don't know anything about the third act of this movie, and what I read of the leaked spoilers months ago has become pretty fuzzy in my mind since, but if it's the twist I'm thinking of, it's not that big of a deal. I wouldn't worry.

I have to admit, if this movie ends with R2-D2 telling a memory-wiped C-3PO the entire story of the saga, and R2 begins with "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..." right as the end credits come up, I think I'm going to bawl my eyes out. Granted, it doesn't make sense on multiple levels, but I don't care...
