No, not really. Yeah, he prevented the Wildlings from attacking again, but John and Co. won that battle well before Stannis arrived.

Agreed....I think she just considers that her apprenticeship and is glad to be back home and have the skills to do what she always intended. And I don't think she feels she owes anything to Jaqen. And she already got revenge on the waif.

Essos is over (imho)....with the exception of Euron getting the Second Sons and bringing them to Westeros but we might not even see him in Essos for that just sailing back with them. We still may see Daario again but not in Essos, if we see him at all he will also come to Westeros. Even Melisandre said she and Varys will die in Westeros (foreshadowing) but removing any need to go there again.

Essos was a holding ground from a literary point of view to keep the ultimate finality of Westeros/KL/North/Wall/NK/etc. from happening too soon. It was a convenient device to separate protagonists until the field narrowed. Once Dany left (and Arya) that was it. And for both it was their proving ground in different ways.

Yeah, I should have thought that question through and worded it gooder. I'm just watching Season 6 on HBO right now and wondering who else from Essos (besides the Bank and the Golden Company) might appear this season after spending so much time on those storylines. We know Jaqen H'gar knows his way around Westeros and Arya knows her way around Essos, even though her return home got fast-forwarded.

Watching S6 and S7 as a tune-up for tomorrow and Little Lady Mormont is a badass! Her speech in S6, E10 is epic!!!
