A Deadpool 3 would be interesting because it's intriguing with what Disney can do with an R-rated superhero movie.

I think Ryan Reynolds said this was going to be the last standalone DP movie anyway.

XForce is the next slated flick, I believe.

/whispers "X-Force"
I keep hearing that in my head over and over.

Laughed at the Dolly Parton 9-5 song (not sure what the exact title of it is)

And the whole Frozen/Papa can your hear me sidebar had me rolling. To say let's watch porn and bang one out then cut to a scene from Yentl (sp?) was awesome.

By the way if you listen closely during the big fight scene at the end, you can hear the choir singing "holy ****balls" and "holy ****" in very epic fashion

IMO, the marketing for DP2 was even better than the actual movie.

(That's more so because the marketing was so great, not because the movie was bad.)

This goes all the way back to the very first "teaser" with Stan Lee.

Overall I enjoyed it for sure. Reynolds is just so good as Deadpool.

As far as spoilery review type stuff, I sorta felt like it didn't fully become a Deadpool movie until the baby legs scene. Then I think it got fully absurd and took off. Brolin as Cable was pretty badass too. The postcredit stuff cracked me up a lot. I liked that about as much as anything I saw in the movie.

Also I guess I didn't realize it but the kid in the movie is in Hunt for the Wilderpeople, directed by Taika Waititi. I'm sure that's already been brought up on this thread, but just thought that was an interesting tie in as he directed Ragnarok as well.

I was trying to figure it out during the movie, because I figured it had to be someone and just couldn't place it.

I had no clue that one of the rednecks was Matt Damon. I actually spotted Alan Tudyk right away though.

That was great. Also him wearing the yellow "trainee" jersey with the X-Men killed me too.

Guess that's the reason for the Firefly poster in the original teaser trailer?

Loved it great flick. Really loved some of the deeper references to the old Wolverine movie with Wade and several other deeper nerd references. Domino was a great character/actress I was really impressed with her and Cable as well.

Looking forward to the X-Force!
