He was a great writer who enjoyed writing about the things we all come here to read about. We'll miss his wisdom and insights. I hope that he has inspired others to be more like him as posters on this forum and people in real life.
Here. I am so sorry for your loss. Your father was well liked on this board and will be greatly missed.
It is quite a testament to Fast Fred' to see the outpouring of thousands of total strangers who only had the pleasure of knowing his thoughts on the entertainment board of Texags. I can only imagine the impact he must have had on those in his "real" life.

Damn. Just saw this. As others have said, I would click and read every FAST FRED thread without looking at the title or number of posts. I just read through this whole thread and got a little emotional. It's crazy that a I'm going to miss a guy who I only knew through words not written directly to me. Gig'em Fred.
