Thought the same thing, figured he'd get his medical treatment badge.
So essentially, the red comet kicks off this whole mess. Jon is Azor Ahai. He'll be "born again" (resurrected) during a war. And wake "dragons" (Dany +3) from stone (Dragonstone).... wake meaning get their attention turned towards Army of the Dead.Wizard said:Thanks for sharing this. This definitely gives context to the Varys/Mel scene.sbarnett84 said:
Some believe Melisandre is the red star in this statement from her in the books:
"It is written in prophecy as well. When the red star bleeds and the darkness gathers, Azor Ahai shall be born again amidst smoke and salt to wake dragons out of stone."

I think this is what she means by dying in this land in tonight's episode
The Dothraki have participated in no battles yet. Looks like they get their day in the sun pretty soon, if not next week.Quote:
Casterly Rock: Taken by the Unsullied/Dothraki, but now seiged by Euron's fleet and without food.

I have no clue who to address first, but I feel ridiculous for even asking why his resurrection wouldn't be well received. Dany definitely caught it though. I wonder if Tyrion plans on prying further into that.

If Bran needs to tell Jon that Rheagars is his father, why doesn't he just do it? Can't he just warg at any time into anyone?
He only needs the tree to go through time. I don't understand.
Had the same suspicion... it's work that needs to be done, but helps Sam as well... a little hat tip from ArchMaester SlughornBallerStaf2003 said:
Great observation that those scrolls have to do with the long night. Genius thought!

Euron is probably my favorite villain right now. Taunting Jaime to his face at every turn. However, Cersei has no intentions of marrying him.

No chance Dany goes north. She's about to take Olleyna's advice and be a dragon. She's gonna kick someone's ass next episode. Doubt it's kings landing, but Euron has a good chance of ending up as BBQ in the next episode, IMO.agrams said:
It would be interesting, now that Dany's plan have gone to !@#$, if she decides to go to the north to gather herself and try to create a formal alliance with Jon. But rather I think she is going to go full 'dragon' for a few battles/episodes.
WRT Bran, I wonder what he has been digging in to since his last session with the 3 eyed raven. Was his last vision the TOJ? Where does he get curious from there? Jon, The lannisters, Ned's death details?

I was actually under the impression Casterly Rock was on an island, my bad.
So they're not trapped per se, only forced to move out by land.
And with the Dothraki still in Dragonstone, it pretty much confirms the only option they have. Time to take King's Landing.

Things are moving way too fast after the slow burn for several seasons.

Can anybody shed some light on why Jon is so reluctant to tell people he was killed and resurrected?
Because it sounds more ****ing insane than the while walkers & night king.
