Maybe I assumed bc he didn't change his tune until she stood. I've searched online summaries and none mention that she was. One did ask, "what did he see? greyscale on her?" But that could be in jest.

Seems like if there was a physical reason, they would have been a little more clear about it. I don't think they'd play the pregnant card without more giveaway besides some subtle belly that you may not notice and could easily be chalked up to camera framing or whatever. I think its pretty clear that it was an internal Tyrion thing, based on Shae. He didn't change his tune til she stood up, because thats when it went from being talk, what he excels at, to being action.
