The Army has already pulled the ad campaign, a number of credible stories have come to light that paint Majors as an assh*ole at best, and this whole thing is currently doing irreparable damage to his career. If proven innocent will he eventually bounce back? Sure. But the court of public opinion absolutely matters, and the longer we go without that proof, the more this weekend's narrative becomes the truth, no matter what the truth ends up being.

I mean that is fair to an extent, but I'm not really sure it changes my point. I have zero doubts his lawyers are doing what they know to be best to beat the charges or get rid of them all together, but I also don't think what is on that video is ever going to be something that makes us think of Majors the way we did prior to this weekend. If that video that did that existed, it would be out.

This. And at the very least, nobody's gonna want to hire a guy who might possibly be seen as a negative presence on set, convicted or not. He's not really on the level where he'd be hired in spite of that. He might've been on his way to it, but hasn't quite made it.

Dr. Doom is a bad-ass villain, but if you're going the traditional route you're asking the bad guy to wear a mask for 2+ movies that never shows his face, or keep on coming up with convenient ways for him not to wear it that makes Doom not Doom. So do you go with a Grade A actor who never his face shown? Even Brolin was fairly recognizable in the Thanos CGI, and the voice as all him. Doom's voice would be significantly altered by the mask, I'm assuming.

Yeah I'm really confused because they seem to be saying she's changed her story but they already arraigned him on charges so?

I'm always wary of people who *talk about* having evidence instead of simply presenting the evidence - hell, even leaking it, in this case - and letting the evidence talk for them.

Weird how Captain America 4 has everything from the Incredible Hulk and nothing from Falcon & Winter Soldier so far besides Sam Wilson.

Danny Ramirez and Carl Lumbly are both back, whose arcs were each introduced in The Falcon and Winter Solder. Not to mention Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus are all returning as well. It's a direct sequel to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which will then lead directly into Thunderbolts just two months later, which will then see Wyatt Russell rejoining the cast as well. Think of The Falcon and Winter Solder through Thunderbolts as one long story consisting of six episodes and two movies, whose characters will overlap and be sprinkled throughout.

Terrestrial:

Captain Marvel > Ms. Marvel > Secret Invasion > The Marvels

Mystical:
WandaVision > Spider-Man: No Way Home > Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Interdimensional:
Loki > Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania > Loki: Season 2

Anything I'm forgetting? Other than the obvious titles to come, in Fantastic Four, Spider-Man 4, Blade, etc, and however they'll fall in line, while also obviously ignoring Eternals. I guess Hawkeye/She-Hulk/Daredevil could be considered another terrestrial thread, just more "street level," but I don't know how much of that, if any of it, will converge into the Avengers stuff. Then I'm assuming Namor will be the only remnant of the Black Panther thread, at least for a while, seeing as he's supposed to appear in some of the Avenger stuff as well. Then I guess Shang-Chi could be considered part of the "mystical" thread?

Would definitely put Shang-Chi in mystical with the Wong and magical creature tie ins.

I feel like Thor is probably on the back burner for a while, though I guess he'll likely appear in one of the Avengers movies? Then I guess I'm not counting Guardians since it's basically ending in May.

Once an original complaint is filed with police, they will go ahead and arrest the person. It does not matter what the original complaintant says after that. Now, if the original complainant does not agree to help the police going forward, then you will probably see the charges dropped.
