Spidey trailer will obviously have spoilers for Avengers: Endgame (Spidey is alive!). Perhaps Marvel and Sony came to an agreement to delay the trailer.
i'm not sure it really matters to Marvel. are you talking about possibly spoiling the end events of infinity war?Brian Earl Spilner said:
Still blows my mind that Sony is releasing a trailer BEFORE Endgame. (Let alone releasing a movie just a few months after Endgame.)
And Marvel let them.
I know they probably don't have any say in the matter, but really, they couldn't get them to wait a year?
Wouldnt the easy way around this be to pull an Ant-Man and have the movie take place before the snap?jackie childs said:i'm not sure it really matters to Marvel. are you talking about possibly spoiling the end events of infinity war?Brian Earl Spilner said:

The movie apparently has a lot of time in Europe, so the tale of Spidey getting home after the big airport fight in Civil War?ScottBowen said:Wouldnt the easy way around this be to pull an Ant-Man and have the movie take place before the snap?jackie childs said:i'm not sure it really matters to Marvel. are you talking about possibly spoiling the end events of infinity war?Brian Earl Spilner said:

which is kinda the point i was headed toward...MBAR said:
He's coming back. We always knew he was coming back. The trailer won't be a spoiler except for that fact and we already knew that
...but this message board is very different than the general public's awareness. I know intelligent people who didn't know that sequels were planned until I told them about it.jackie childs said:which is kinda the point i was headed toward...MBAR said:

if marvel were that concerned about keeping up the notion that all the "snap victims" were gone forever, we wouldn't have seen them already announce black panther 2.

Based partially on Jake Gyllenhall's IG post:Quote:
By the way, my prediction for the Far From Home trailer has New York dealing with the after effects of the snap, which has apparently convinced Spiderman to turn to a life of crime and J Jonah Jameson is outraged. After Spiderman completes a bank robbery, the camera follows him where it is revealed that Mysterio has been pretending to be Spiderman after he disappeared.
Interesting to see how much he has aged over this. I think my hair has done the same.TexasAggie_02 said:
The many faces of Banner
Isn't it a callback to all the rumors of him being Spider-Man in the Raimi era?bearamedic99 said:
Jake's post is about as original as a knock knock joke or why did X cross the road joke.
As I recall, the plot of that particular comic book Jake is reading features Mysterio posing as Spiderman in order to frame him.bearamedic99 said:

The music right at the end while Thanos is staring off into the sunset is great also. Alan Silvestri has really stepped up the score.yukmonkey said:
Just rewatched IW. So many great one liners and quips that I missed the first time.
The music around the scene where Thanos shows up in the forest gives me chills. So well done.
I was working from home yesterday and actually put on IW as well. It's really interesting how the Russos manage to sneak in some humor even in the final battle sequence where things are getting pretty dark (especially with Banner).yukmonkey said:

There is a cool thread on Reddit right now - a full MCU re-watch that culminates with Avengers 4. They're doing a movie per week. (Kind of hard to believe there are as many MCU movies as there are weeks between now and Avengers 4).Farmer1906 said:
I started a full MCU watch through last night. I plan to knock them all out before Captain Marvel.

Luckily we had our standup before I started watching I was also home as I was a bit under the weather so I wasn't planning on being too productive yesterday either way.Cinco Ranch Aggie said:I'm trying to imagine your next daily stand-up or status meeting, whatever y'all call it, where you update what you accomplished.Quote:

Have you purchased them all at some point in time or how are you rewatching all of them now?Farmer1906 said:
