Spidey trailer will obviously have spoilers for Avengers: Endgame (Spidey is alive!). Perhaps Marvel and Sony came to an agreement to delay the trailer.

It does sound like they came to an agreement to delay the trailer, but I think it's mainly for *separation* from End Game's trailer. Sony HAS to release a Far From Home trailer before End Game hits theaters, so there will be "spoilers" in that sense no matter what.
Still blows my mind that Sony is releasing a trailer BEFORE Endgame. (Let alone releasing a movie just a few months after Endgame.)
And Marvel let them.
I know they probably don't have any say in the matter, but really, they couldn't get them to wait a year?

I wonder if Sony's original plan was to release the trailer on Christmas, but then found out that the Us trailer was going to be released and rearranged their plans. Pure speculation on my part with zero proof. Just a thought.
I'm still shocked they didn't release a trailer to go with Spider-Verse. THAT is the most mind blowing thing for me.

He's coming back. We always knew he was coming back. The trailer won't be a spoiler except for that fact and we already knew that

This... we all know it. But there are tons of people who are going to be really confused. I know plenty.
It's definitely a weird situation, would probably be fascinating to hear some of the conversations and negotiations about it.
Could they do a trailer without Spidey? Focus 100% on the villain on the first trailer?

I started a full MCU watch through last night. I plan to knock them all out before Captain Marvel.
I was working from home yesterday and actually put on IW as well. It's really interesting how the Russos manage to sneak in some humor even in the final battle sequence where things are getting pretty dark (especially with Banner).yukmonkey said:
