Also, "It's hard for a good man to be king" is a phenomenal tagline/theme. Any trailer that hones in on the thematic heart/argument of the movie, rather than the actual plot, tells me the movie itself is super confident not only in the story it has to tell, but the arc of its main character. - i.e. they know what the hell they're doing, have a clear aim, and are executing it with confidence from day one in the marketing.
This is not at all important for the movie, but I really loved Black Panther in the Avengers comics from 2015 because he was dealing with a lot of morality issues surrounding what he would do to protect his people. The idea was that men have the luxury of being moral, but kings do not. It caused him to butt heads with Steve Rogers and it was just a really satisfying examination of his character for me. I really hope that they incorporate some of that in this or future BP movies.
Both your points are primarily why Black Panther is one of my favorite characters and why this movie has the
potential the be one of the best in the MCU. There is so much potential for moral conflict and serious character development, as opposed to a super hero who is essentially just a hero with general hero responsibilities. Black Panther has a kingdom to lead and answer to as well, and a lot of potential for conflicts of character. Given that Michael B. Jordan is playing Killmonger and some lines/scenes from the trailer, I'm optimistic that they'll explore some of these issues.
