Looks like a trailer for Cloak & Dagger dropped today. Didn't see it on here. I have no idea what Freeform is, is that what used to be ABC Family? Looks to me like it will be about as related to the MCU as Legion was to the X-men films. Anyway, could be interesting. Nice to see Roxxon Corp. No, I agree with the first poster. It has nothing to do with the green color, she just doesnt fit my image of Gamora.

I hate the way they portray Gamora in the movies. She has 10x less character than any of the other members of the team. She has less character than Yondu and even Nebula. She and Ronan were both one note forgettable characters. This annoyed me to no end, because comic Ronan and Gamora are both interesting, complex characters.

Hopefully she'll get a little more time to shine in this one.

I think you guys hit on it....the movie Gamora isnt nearly as bad-ass as the comic Gamora.

Looks like they recognized that they were biting off more than they could chew and took a step back.

It also likely reflects recent statements indicating Avengers 4 will be going in a new direction, so there are likely SOME rewrites going on to move that way.

If you've ever heard an interview of hers you'll figure it out, she doesn't come across as very intelligent.

All I know is, I'm going to have to go dark when they start filming Avengers 4. Every set photo, every rumor or casting call, is a spoiler for Infinity War.

Man, this sounds awesome. If this really is everything everyone hopes it can be, I really could see - as the article suggests - Marvel basically spinning this world/these characters off into their own thing (still in the overarching MCU, of course)...

I just do not like Black Panther. He is literally the exact same thing as the SubMariner - another unlikable Marvel character.

1. Both are rulers of their nations
2. Both are arrogant, insufferable *******s
3. Both get pissy and quit/return to their homes when things do not go their way
4. Both do not play well with others. Ever,

Feige has been suggesting that perhaps there won't be a "Phase 4," per se. Perhaps after Phase 3 we'll just have various films and franchises without an overarching build to a super big-bad like Thanos.

I really wish they could make a deal with Fox and get the F4 and their villains for Phase 4 and beyond. Doom is one of the few that might hope to match a Thanos level of build-up, and could conceivably fit in the style of the Captain America or (presumably) Black Panther films. More political thrillers. He'd also fit in with the Doctor Strange supernatural stuff, from what I understand.

I guess I don't want them to just repeat the Phase 1 model, but I love crossovers too much to get very excited about a ton of solo adventures.

Reviews are coming out for Guardians, by the way. Looking like 92% on the first 36 reviews. It may be a good example of one of those more intimate, less world-changing type films. I suppose not every movie can be Civil War, nor should it.

Interesting. Just skimming through the reviews, a lot of the positive ones are just barely positive.

I think for a while you'll get more casual crossovers like in Ragnarok. Two or three characters teaming up.
