They are going to have to explain the motive of Thanos to get all the stones and destroy everyone, so you can assume Death (the character) will be introduced in infinity wars

Internet chatter I've read suggest SOME of those larger characters will appear at end of part I after Thanos kills off someone(s) and kicks new Avengers butt and the rest show up for part II.
Infinity War Part 1 doesn't even have to take place on Earth if the original crew isn't in the movie. The other movies could happen "simultaneously" to the events of IW1.

I just can't see them killing off Evans for good. Yes, someone could take over for Cap for Infinity War Part I, but Evans HAS to come back for Part II, along with the rest of the originals.

True, but I seriously doubt they're going to have Doctor Strange / War Machine / Falcon / Scarlett Witch / Spider-Man / etc. go fight in space. That'd be kind of weird.

I could see whatever Stark help creates or does in civil war puts Cap in a coma and therefore he walks away. Only to come back WITH and side by side with Cap at the end of Part I.

Probably not more than a cameo if they are. i could see Thor or stark flying to space to speak with them about the stones but that's just a guess. Haven't seen anywhere will they will be in infinity wars
My tendency is to assume that part 1 is spent collecting the gems, which would involve the Guardians, but that's not an Avengers film. So I end up back at square 1.

Interesting article about Spider-Man's possible role. More importantly I could see the non Spider-Man stuff being true. We get destruction, death of avengers etc only to be fixed going back in time using one of the stones

Cap will probably die and Bucky will take his place in Infinity Wars
No chance Cap isn't a major player for part of infinity wars. His contract is for cap 3 and the two part avengers movie. And he was just named the most popular/mentioned star on social media after Ultron. 18 percent just over Iron Man. He may start the Infinity Wars movie dead or in a coma but he will be in both movies.
Could they just end Civil War with his survival uncertain?

As I've said before, Moviepilot is a sh*t website not to be trusted in any way, shape, or form. If anything, a headline sentence like this in the linked to article speaks volumes about the quality of their site...
And as I stated in my post it's an interesting guess. And would make a lot of sense to kill off some of the characters only to have it undone at the end by one of the stones. Did not stated as gospel or fact. I said it was an interesting guess and theory which is exactly what we are all doing right now. We are guessing in giving our own theories. So hate that site all you want, that's my first time to even see it but I enjoyed reading their guess

Very well could but everyone knows he will be back for infinity wars. They could do a coma and of course he wakes up in part one. I could see them killing him and then being brought back through science. Possibly even imprisoned then released when they see what we have is no match for Thanos. It's anybody's guess right now
I'm trying to read a little bit about the remaining stones - I wonder if the Soul Gem could be used to put a few members of the team in a coma.

Soul gem is certain to be heavy in the mix in Guardians 2, given where that is headed.

Here's my prediction:
IW1 starts with Thanos battling GOTG for their power stones. He ends up coming to Earth to get the mind stone from Vision and GOTG follow him. They team up with the new Avengers and beat Thanos with some Avengers (Vision?) dying in the process. He leaves temporarily to retrieve other infinity stones from Asgard, Knowhere, etc. Thanos returns in IW2 now with a full infinity gauntlet and both old and new Avengers team up to fight him. Everyone dies.

I'm guessing Infinity Wars will have every single hero you've ever seen in an MCU film (that's alive) in it in some way. Maybe not all fighting side by side, but they'll all be involved.

I honestly think Civil War tops not only Batman v Superman, but the first Avengers as well. It'll be the biggest movie of 2016, no question, and likely the highest grossing Marvel movie ever. I don't even know if either of the Infity War movies will beat it, when it's all said and done.
Civil War seems, to me, to have the easiest marketing job ever. I guess the first Avengers might compare, but even then. "Who's side are you on?" I picture like, half the theater having red Iron Man shirts on and the other half having blue Captain America shirts. The split picture with Stark / Rodgers faces is awesome.
Infinitely easier to promote and get social media buzzing about than something like "Age of Ultron." I like the character, and the title, but few names are as nerdy to the uninformed viewer than Ultron.

He was in the hospital in the proceeding scene. He was unconscious when the helicarrier went down. Bucky fished him out of the potomac and left him on the bank. Cap wakes up in hospital with falcon sitting there reading a book. It then goes to them visiting fury's grave. So technically it didn't end with him in the hospital.
Oh yeah. I forgotten a lot of that movie. Need to rewatch it.
