Some are a little worse than others. I would bet money that FX (if you get that channel) will be showing pretty much every previous Marvel movie between now and when AoU comes out, so you can catch the 'edited-for-tv' versions of them.
Iron Man 1&2 I think are fine. Not much bad about either one. Iron Man 3 seemed a tad more blue and violent (it
is from Shane Black).
Thor is much more kid-friendly and funnier than you'd think.
Captain America is fine (he's a Boy Scout). The second one may have a too-complex political plot and the action seems much less 'comic book' and a little more intense. But it is their best film, IMO.
The Avengers has everything you can imagine a little boy would love in a comic book film.
Guardians is a helluva lot of fun, but there are several jokes that are a little much. Yeah, my then-six-year old didn't get the black light joke and I wouldn't explain it to him.
