My understanding is that there is a "post credit scene" shortly after the movie ends, but not final one at the very end.
quote:But Whedon specifically said there is no post-credit scene so that people won't stay after and then be disappointed. Why would he tell people that so they'd go ahead and leave, and then stick in a p-c scene after all? That's just piss people off.quote:
So there is a super spoiler thing going on the internet right now about the Avengers post credit (it was previously said by Whedon that there wasn't one) and if it's real, it's pretty cool, but it's not confirmed. I'm not going to say what it is because I don't want to spoil, but just be aware to avoid it. If it is fake though, it's a very good fake.
Haven't heard anything about it and will be avoiding all things Avengers as much as possible from here out, but I thought the no post credit scene declaration from Whedon was a fake out. That's pretty much Marvel's calling card. Nobody creates anticipation like they do.

quote:That seems to be some of what the less positive reviews are saying, although to a much lesser extent than that overloaded waste of film.
It's (hopefully) not like Amazing Spider-Man 2 where the pacing is terrible and they cram too much into one movie
quote:Don't worry, I'm sure the Clippers will close them out in 5.
Going at 7pm as well, and realized last night I'll have to miss game 6 of Spurs/Clippers. Or at least half of it.

Does it make me a bad nerd that ever since the new Star Wars trailer came out, I've cared a whole lot less about Ultron?

Wikipedia has a full plot summary of the movie up.
DO NOT CLICK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS.
For you spoiler folks who just want to know what happens...

You guys are ridiculous. You religiously study this stuff all year, read every blurb, break down every potential plot point, etc. You pretty much make up your minds and ruin the true experience of the movie before it even comes out.
I'm excited as hell for this movie. I don't read reviews, because reviewers are overly critical and forget the entertainment factor of seeing a movie. If it sucks, then it sucks.. But I'm not going to go in expecting it to be average because some ******* trying to get hits on his blog said so.

And here you are.. driving the narrative on the thread by saying it's tired already. I don't feel that way it all. You are plugged in and see a lot more than 99% of people. Once again, you've over exhausted yourself from the second the movie was announced, and you somehow blame it on the marketing of the movie. Stop jumping to conclusions about the movie until you've seen it.
