So, in other words, the exact perfect quote, that all these people were crying about not getting, was *already* out there, already stated months ago by the directer herself, and the whole being-proud-to-be-the-first-female-feature-film-director of the franchise thing wasn't, in fact, the first thing she stated publicly about the movie?
It's almost as if outrage culture is just a bunch of ill-informed, jumping-the-gun, self-serving bullsh*t, as I've been saying for years now.

This will obviously be the first movie presumably without either the Empire, The First Order, or Palpatine pulling the strings. So they're going to have to come up with something completely new, which could be a blessing or a curse. Either way, for the first time, I hope we get an actual villain origin story. Talon would be a fascinating role to cast because he needs a lot of charisma but he's not really a leading man type, very slick and sly, only loyal to his own people, etc. Able to get really nasty if he needs to.
