Some words from the actresses playing Ahsoka and Sabine in the new issue of Empire Mag

Dawson explains that one of the things she's most interested in is finally giving audiences a clearer understanding of where Ahsoka Tano is mentally and emotionally at the start of her series, something that's only really been glimpsed at with her appearances in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett:

Bordizzo added some notes about her character arc for the series, noting that her character makes some crucial mistakes that could prove to be dangerous in the long run.

Furthermore, Bordizzo explained that while watching Rebels is important to understand Sabine's backstory, it is not required viewing in order to understand the spin-off:

Somewhat known fact - ILM CCO John Knoll, a Star Wars lifer, and his brother Thomas, invented Adobe Photoshop, thus assisting in every college party flyer I made between 1994-1996.

If I"m not mistaken, as a high schooler, he called ILM and asked for a tour, and they gave him one, and eventually offered him a job when he was a bit older.

Also pitched the idea for Rogue One.

True Jedi use the force to painstakingly direct lightsaber blades away from their bodies when not being held, including holstered blades, dropped blades, falling near you blades, or when it gets knocked out of your hand and turns off but there's still that half second where it's still on and could totally tag you

also is there any canon reason why dropped blades turn off? I always assumed it's like a button that you push to turn it on and then push again to turn it off. Are there other features programmed into the magic force crystal?
