For this week's ranking -- since Obi-Wan was voted the favorite Star Wars character by pretty much everyone who posted (in the wrong thread, my mistake)...
Post your top 5 Obi-Wan moments.
1. Defeating Maul - TPM
Not only the best single bit of fight choreogaphy in the saga, but I remember seeing Maul cut in half made quite the impression when I saw it in theaters. Still a badass moment.
2. "Hello there" - ROTS
I love how he jumps down to challenge Grievous with absolutely zero ****s given. Especially considering he was surrounded on all sides and could've been killed on the spot had they decided to engage.
3. Sacrifice - ANH
That look he shoots to Luke, then Vader, with that sly smile on his face, right before he gives up his life. He knows the tide has shifted in the galaxy, something nobody else knows yet.
4. "You were the chosen one!" - ROTS
Fairly self-explanatory. The climactic scene everyone had waited for.
5. Explaining the Force to Luke - ANH
This is pretty much the scene where the whole saga really kicks off. Hearing about the Force for the first time, about Luke's father, and the amazing John Williams score during his monologue.
Side-note: Even though it didn't crack the top 5 moments, AOTC is my overall favorite Obi-Wan movie. Love his mystery plot in that movie, his fight with Jango, chasing him through the asteroid field, and pretty much everything he does in this movie.
