not sure how I feel about the trailer... on one hand, it's Fett so that's good. But it just lacked something. maybe it was the ending "please speak freely". I hope this is after he disintegrates the dude showing disrespect.


on the plus side, i'd rather see too little than too much in a trailer.

Just to get it out of the way.



Feel free to PM if you require more info.

Now then, the first thing I love about this trailer is the use of the B'omarr monk droid which is a deep cut for casual movie fans, but obviously something most of us saw in that opening 10 minutes of ROTJ and though WTF is that?

Second, I love all the classic alien races in this trailer. Trandoshans, Aqualish, Ithorians, Klatoonians - all of the basics from the OT. I love the sequels but I hate how there were almost zero races from the earlier movies in them.



Guavian Death Gang from TFA?

I love this shot. makes it seem like he set up his armor to decoy someone and then faked them out.



Also seems like that entire trailer is from one episode, which is great. They did that with both Mando trailers as well if I'm not mistaken. Can't wait to see this, especially with the reveal of flashbacks going back into the time of the OT.

I didn't even realize it existed until my kid got the Jabba's palace lego set a while back.

Damn that is gorgeous. Although having put together Yoda's Lego house for my daughter a couple of years ago, I am of the opinion that those things are designed to make you feel dumb with all of the tiny steps that seem like they should have been done before you opened the box.

First time I read about the B'omarr monks was either in Tales from Jabbas Palace or The Illustrated Guide to Star Wars ... can't remember which detailed the monks. But essentially jabbas palace was a monastery commandeered by Jabba. The monks lived deep in the labyrinths beneath the palace. But they're goal was to achieve enlightenment and thus have their brains removed and immersed in a nourishing liquid so they could spend their days contemplating the galaxy.

I think it might've only been Clone Wars instead of Rebels
