Honorable mention:

I meant it couldn't be more than 2 characters speaking in order. SOrry for the misunderstanding.

I don't have an extensive list, but I would like to add this line of dialogue into the top 5 conversation :

Han : "People are counting on us. The galaxy is counting on us."
Finn : "Solo, we'll figure it out. We'll use the force! "
Han : "That's not how the force works!"

Also, Han's "We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?" line is my number one by far. That scene was just a perfect way to understand his character.

So who's watching Solo tonight?

My favorite line has always been when the officer presents Luke to Vader in ROJ and proceeds to tell him " he was armed only with this".
*****, that's a freaking lightsaber. Wish Vader would have stabbed him with it to prove a point.
