It all depends on how good the CPR was being administered. We've kept patients alive for over 30 minutes with good CPR in an ambulance while in route. Granted that was an outlier.

Article mentions that an EMT was on board and administered it, so hopefully the odds of it being done effectively are decent. Not to say that she may not have sustained significant damage, but seems like there is at least a fighting chance.
