I agree it was always one of my favorites as well. I liked it because his explanation of the force left it a mystery still - That only special beings could be attuned to it. With the introduction of midichlorians it was kind of like the crystal (mystery) breaking and now it can't be put back together.

Today was the day for a new video as part of the countdown to Rogue One. I had one picked out in advance from a prequel, but I've changed my mind. I'll try to post something tomorrow.

Alright, the video this week is from The Phantom Menace. I don't believe this is one continuous scene, which i didn't notice when first grabbing the video. But, we will go with it. I believe it is some of the best footage from the prequels.
Agreed, that scene is outstanding (sans baby Vader, god that kid sucked). The music is phenomenal.
That's the thing with the prequels. They did so many things so well and at the same time, did so many things so badly. The dichotomy is astounding.

Think in the original script, there is a scene where they spot one of the probe droids, but that scene was not in the final cut.
I like urban's answer better.
